KINGDOM SONGS

HARMONIZING A KINGDOM SONG is like having

ONE body made of -4 VERY DIFFERENT PARTS.-

“Weaving” the main melody throughout different note paths known as “intervals”.

Which all together produce what

the fifth voice (the leader) sings.

This amazing method is a

visual song book for those 4 body parts, without you having to worry about reading music.

1.- Simply choose the song you want to work on

and the singing voice that is most comfortable for you (sometimes there can be more than one).

• For men - bass or tenor

• For women - alto or soprano

And click on the avatar.

-It will display a video-

Play it on the biggest screen you can (horizontally)

and wear your preferred earphones/headphones

You will see a progressive green line moving forward up and down.

This “path” shows your melody.

It will tell you each time your notes:

- Stay the same

-Go up

-Or go down.

(And how far of a distance)

You will also notice a piano on the left side of your screen telling you the exact notes you’re singing

in real time.

You will hear a “tempo marker” known as “click”.

This will help you keep your tempo throughout the song.

Videos are subtitled so you can follow

the phrasing of the lyrics as well.

And you can even adjust the speed !

Once you memorize your specific melody you are ready for the next step:

2.- Getting together with a vocal student.

• This means:

Two students-sharing one pair of earphones.

(Playing the track on one device only).

Share the R or L side of the earphones depending on your voice:

For men: LEFT - BASS / RIGHT - TENOR

For women: LEFT - ALTO / RIGHT - SOPRANO
